Registration
1. How can I sign-up to the portal?
You can click on Register option in the menu above and fill the registration form. Once you submit the form, if your MPN id is valid, you will be successfully registered.
2. What is MPN Id?
The MPN Id stands for “Microsoft Partner Network Identification” number. Microsoft provides a MPN Id to all the registered partners.
3. I do not have MPN id or my MPN id is incorrect.
Please contact your company to provide you with a valid MPN Id which you can use to register on the portal.
4.My company does not have any MPN Id, can I still register?
Please note if your company does not have any MPN Id, you cannot register on the portal.
5. What can I do if I forgot my password?
Please click on forgot password option in the login page and submit your details. Once submitted you will receive an email to your registered email with a link to reset your password.
6. Can I register if I am not from UAE?
Partners from UAE and South Africa ONLY can register.
7. Do I need to pay to register on the portal?
No, there is no payment to register or sign-up to the portal.
8. I am learner from South Africa, who I need to contact for buying packages?

3.What do I get for free of cost when I register on the portal?
All the users who have valid MPN ID get pre-activated free ‘Silver Package’ which includes ‘access to MS Learn digital content, 2-exam preparation session, 5-practice assessments. The users will need to login, go to their courses section, and enroll for these courses.
4. Do any packages include offline classes?
All the packages have online sessions or classes which are performed by using online video calling platforms.
5.How does the ‘exam preparation sessions and practice assessments’ are done?
Exam preparation sessions’ is ILT Session where instructor covers areas related to exam, learner can take practice assessment of spectrum website https://elearn.specnt.com
6.How are interactive instructor Q&A sessions performed?
Interactive instructor Q&A sessions performed over chat or Teams provides answer to specific questions learner may have.
7.What is ‘Exam Voucher’?
An exam voucher is a unique code that will enable you to take your Microsoftexam at an authorized testing center or online from home.
8. I have voucher code; how can I use it?
Voucher code can use redeemed instead of a payment in the checkout page for that package.
9. For how long my digital content will be valid?
The digital content purchased will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
10. What is the validity of the voucher code?
Voucher code will be valid for 2 months from the date of generation.
Packages Detail
1. What is “Instructor Led Official Training” means?
Instructor Led Official Training means that user will be given live virtual training session with a trainer through online platform.
2. How many times I can use “Instructor Led Official Training”?
“Instructor Led Official Training” can be used only 1 time.
3. What will be the duration of the “Instructor Led Official Training”?
The duration of the “Instructor Led Official Training” depends on the courses. Every course has different time duration.
4. What does Access to Video/MS-Learn content mean?
The access to Video/MS-Learn content means that user will get direct access to the Microsoft digital content.
5. What is Official DMOCs and Lab?
Microsoft offers the course materials as an e-book (DMOC) via the Skillpipe platform. User will need a Skillpipe account to access the documents.
Online Lab access is via Azure Pass, Azure pass gives user full access to the Microsoft Cloud and all features for cloud, mobile, app, and IoT development.
6. What is workshop access in Platinum package? How does it work?
A training workshop is a type of interactive training session where participants carry out several training activities/Labs rather than passively listen to a lecture or presentation.
